Did not communicate that a diagnosis charge would be charged. Then after no communication after 3 phone calls. Held me hostage with my key and would not give me the keys. Needs less to say GM lost a customer. My dad also work for GM for 30+ years. Good luck!!

Doug easy to deal with done when I was told one of many fine experiences

I took my car in for what I was told was a two hour repair. After two and a half hours I went to check on the status and was told that the techs were at lunch and that my car should have been a drop off and not a wait.I was never told this. When the techs returned half an hour later I was told that GMC sent them a defective part and they had to order another one. I was sent home with a loaner car, which was a nice new car. My car was repaired as soon as the part came in. When I got in my car it was smelly and there was visible dirt on my steering wheel and door handle. It took several wipes to clean it. I am less than satisfied with this experience.

I can depend on you, but labor costs on my repair did seem high. But my A/C is working good.

I took my car in to get front brakes replaced and the brakes are great but since then the engine light has come on and went off, this isn't the first time this has happened after taking my car in. One of the last times I went in for an oil change I had to take it back and the mechanic didn't put something on tight enough causing the light to come on. I was reading that the abs sensor wiring can be easily disturbed or disconnected during brake replacement so I will be keeping an eye on this and I will be getting ahold of Urka if this keeps happening.

Good service. Charged $27 more than the quoted price for a routine oil change and tire rotation, with no justification for the added cost.

I had a great experience at Urka Auto in Ludington, MI. Matt and Nick were awesome to work with. Matt found me a truck and transfered it in, and had a bed liner and a gooseneck added to it, all within a week. Very happy, will definitely be purchasing vehicles there in the future.

While waiting for our car to be serviced, we visited with the salesman about our lease that is not set to expire until August 2026. We looked at cars that will be available when we are ready to re-lease and got an idea of what we will probably be getting. It was a very nice and informative visit.

Had oil change done. As usual it was done in timely manner. Also tires rotated.

I was a bit disappointed in the communications. I had an appointment for 8:00am Wednesday morning, brought truck in Tuesday at 2:30 pm. Asked that the warranty work be completed and also replace a defective tps. I assumed it would be done by 10:00am. I had originally planned on waiting for it Wednesday. I had not heard anything at 1:30pm, so I called. It was a reprogram for a glow plug issue and they wanted to key it on and off a few times to see if the code came back. Also asked if I wanted my tps replaced. I had already instructed them to do so the day before. So at 4:30 I had not heard anything from them. I called again to ask what the status was. They asked to keep it overnight so they could start it again in the morning. I asked for a call back in the morning after they checked it. 10:00am Thursday had not heard from them. I called again to get the status. He said they were just finishing up the paperwork. I usually get good service and communication from Urka. I usually receive calls from them with updates, I have never had to call in the past to find out what was going on. This was very unlike previous experiences.
